-(으)니까
Quick answer: -(으)니까 means because — and you can put a request after it.
How to form it
No final consonant → -니까 · final consonant → -으니까 · compare -아/어서 (because)
In Korean: 받침 X → -니까 받침 O → -으니까 15-1의 -아/어서와 견주세요
What to know
This is the reason form you can follow with a suggestion or a request — 아파서 쉬세요 is wrong, 아프니까 쉬세요 is right. That single difference is why Korean keeps two words for because.
