2. Using HanDa
HanDa is an AI-powered Korean language learning app. To use it, you need to create an account and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by trying to hack or reverse engineer it, using bots or scrapers, or sharing your account with others.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
HanDa offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current plan details and pricing are available at handakorean.com/pricing.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. AI Content
HanDa uses AI to power tutoring and feedback. While we work hard to keep it accurate, AI isn't perfect — please use HanDa as a learning tool, not as your only source of Korean instruction.
5. Your Content & Data
Your learning data — conversations, progress, and corrections — belongs to you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. We will never sell your personal data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All HanDa content, design, and technology are owned by HanDa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
HanDa is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before any claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime by contacting [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll let you know about significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continuing to use HanDa after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
