Renewals & Cancellations
Monthly plans are non-refundable — including the first monthly charge after your trial and all monthly renewals. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. The 3-day money-back guarantee above applies to 6-month plans only.
Exceptions
Refunds outside the 3-day window may be granted for unauthorized charges, duplicate payments, or significant technical issues. Contact us and we'll take a look.
Textbooks & Digital Downloads
This section covers PDF textbooks, workbooks and audio files bought from the HanDa Store. The subscription terms above do not apply to them.
Look before you buy. Every book has free sample pages on its store page, so you can see exactly what you are getting.
No change-of-mind refunds once the download has started. At checkout you ask for immediate access to the file and confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. We send that confirmation to you by email with your download link. A PDF cannot be returned once it has been saved, which is why this rule exists.
We will refund or replace your purchase if you contact us within 7 days of buying and:
- the file is damaged, will not open, or is missing pages;
- you received the wrong book;
- you were charged twice for the same book; or
- you have not downloaded the file yet.
These rights are in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, which this policy does not take away.
If a purchase is refunded or disputed with your card issuer, its download link stops working.
